Crystal Mountain – December 25, 2007

Celebrate the season at Crystal Mountain with events on and off the slopes everyday thru New Year’s Eve including holiday buffets, surrey rides, snowman search, snow disc golf, snowshoe tours, moonlight hikes, family bonfires and so much more! New Year’s Eve events for the entire family include a MAGNIFICANT FIREWORKS SHOW OVER THE MOUNTAIN AT MIDNIGHT – Free to all! For more information view our Holiday Week and New Year’s Eve flyers.

We are open for the season and are skiing/riding on 43 slopes today! That’s 96% of our skiable terrain. Schelburg’s Chute and Basin Street are currently closed. The 480 ft. halfpipe on Basin Street will open on WEDNESDAY to give it a bit more set up time.

The slopes are in great shape – we had tremendous weather for making snow this past month. Mother Nature has helped some herself. In the words of our Snowmaking/Grooming Manager, “I haven’t seen this much snow in my 17 years here.” And he ought to know. Come hit the slopes and see what we mean.

See below for open slopes, lift rates and hours.

For upcoming events check out our Winter Events Calendar.
